I've been running track and cross country since high school and competed at the collegiate level in both. I currently train under Jeff Cunningham as I pursue the Olympic Trials qualifying standard in the marathon — so when I build your plan, it comes from someone who is actively in training, not just theorizing about it.
I cap my roster at 10 athletes. That's intentional. Every athlete I work with gets my real attention — not a cookie-cutter plan.
